At Al Nijjat, we aim to deliver your favourite natural oils and herbal teas safely and conveniently to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy for information about order processing, delivery times, and shipping charges within Pakistan.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability in your area.
2. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of PKR 270 per order applies to all deliveries within Pakistan.
Any changes to shipping charges will be communicated through our website before you place your order.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends may take additional time to process.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than usual.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
If tracking information is available, it will be shared with you after your order has been dispatched. You can use the tracking details to follow your shipment.
6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact numbers when placing an order.
Al Nijjat cannot guarantee successful delivery if incorrect or incomplete information is provided. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your details before dispatch.
7. Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at alnijjatherbal@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. We will do our best to assist you.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
